CASEY WILSON
Founder and Chief Solution Architect
Casey Wilson has successfully designed, implemented, and managed hundreds of talent-related solutions for organizations in the commercial and government sectors. From executive and leadership development programs to succession planning, implementing new performance management systems, executive and leadership coaching, and a range of learning and development services, his work has impacted tens of thousands of people.
In his role as Chief Learning Officer/Vice President for Learning and Organizational
Effectiveness for a healthcare company, he led and managed leadership development,
performance management, succession planning, executive and leadership coaching,
assessment services (including various 360-degree assessments), and supported diversity, equity, and inclusion services.
As an expert training instructor and instructional designer, Mr. Wilson has designed employee-centered product innovation and launch methodologies, managing a portfolio of over 200 leadership, management, analytics, human resources, and professional skills training courses.
His first book, The Cornerstones of Engaging Leadership, received praise from Stephen M.R.
Covey, and his second book The Insider’s Guide to Supervising Government Employees, has
been popular among federal employees.
Mr. Wilson has served as a thought leader in leadership, trust-building, employee engagement, and organizational culture and featured in or articles published in T+D magazine, Learning Executive Briefing, The Public Manager, Training magazine, Diversity Executive, Federal Computer Weekly, and more. Mr. Wilson is a sought-after keynote speaker and has spoken at over 60 conferences, including delivering keynotes for groups as large as 10,000. His speaking engagements include EEOC Leadership Conference, U.S. Department of Education Executive Conference, Central Intelligence Agency PMI Chapter, Project Management Institute Global Congress, Association for Talent Development’s Annual Conference, Chesapeake Bay Organizational Development Network, and more.
